Karaline Remington, born and raised in Naples, graduated from Naples High School.  After she received a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry and a Master’s in Business Administration at Longwood University in Virginia, she returned to her home town to be closer to family.  She worked as both a Project Coordinator and Office Manager for A. Vernon Allen Builder, Inc. before teaching Chemistry at her alma mater for 3 years.  Most recently, she was the Office Manager and Accounting Specialist for Nassau Pools Construction, Inc.  With this background and knowledge, she has decided to change careers and pursue her passion in residential real estate.

Karaline brings a unique perspective and knowledge having been raised in a construction family and working in the residential, custom home construction industry.  Growing up in downtown Naples, Karaline has insight and an understanding of Port Royal, Olde Naples and surrounding area.

In her free time, she enjoys boating, fishing and spending time at the beach.  She is an avid equestrian as well as a big proponent of nonprofit work, especially animal rescues.  She has committed countless hours to the local SPCA in Virginia and DAS in Naples by fostering multiple litters of puppies, and presently owns 2 rescue dogs and 2 horses.

Karaline is a lifelong learner and is a member of the Naples Area Board of Realtors.  She is engaging, committed, collaborative and highly motivated to get the job done.  Whether selling or purchasing a home in Southwest Florida, she will be a great asset to helping achieve that goal.
